Had a visit from a guy from Your Move today to give us a ball park estimation of the value of our home. Looks like its gone up around £15,000 on what we paid for it 2 years ago!! Not bad eh - must be my DIY!!! So now to see what we can get elsewhere. In light of the previous post, we're looking in the Glenrothes area for something around the £60 - 65,000 mark. So any readers of this who spot anything good - get in touch!!!!
